Plastic Injection Molding
With molding capacities ranging from 6 ton to 300 ton, tie bar spacing from 3" square, to 27" square,and shot sizes from 4cm3 to 21 oz, Pasco Tool & Plastics Inc is well equipped for in-house sampling, small ,and large quantity production runs.

We utilize the latest technology in processing controls, as well as SPC, X-bar, and R- charts to ensure quality and consistency.

As a growing plastics department, we currently utilize machinery from Cincinnati Milacron, Babyplast, and Van Dorn with plans to add more equipment in the future.

  • 1999 CINCINNATI MILACRON MH 300- 300 TON injection molding machine - shot size 21 oz.
  • 1999 CINCINNATI MILACRON SENTRY VISTA 33 TON injection molding machine - shot size 1.3 oz.
  • 1999 BABYPLAST 6/6 HYDRAULIC 6 TON injection molding machine - shot size 4cm3 to 15cm3
  • 1992 VAN DORN 120 TON/ with PATHFINDER CONTROL injection molding machine - shot size 6.5 oz.
  • 2007 Cincinnati Roboshot 165 Ton with 8 oz shot size.
All machines have air ejection, core pull, and valve gate options.
