QC Metrology
To ensure we are a total commitment to quality, Pasco Tool & Plastics Inc offers a full service Quality control/Metrology department. We use a wide range of precision equipment calibrated against traceable national standards.

Following final design approval and tool manufacture, samples are submitted for a first article inspection with pre-production part approval process. A team approach is used at all levels in the organization for the resolution of root cause, corrective action & continuous improvement.

ASQ CERTIFIED STAFF

Certification is formal recognition by ASQ that an individual has demonstrated a proficiency within and a comprehension of a specified body of knowledge at a point in time. It is peer recognition and not registration or licensure.

Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI). Designed for those who, under professional direction, can evaluate hardware documentation, perform laboratory procedures, inspect products, measure process performance, record data, and prepare formal reports.

Certified Quality Technician (CQT). Designed for those who can analyze quality problems, prepare inspection plans and instruction, select sampling plan applications, and apply fundamental statistical methods for process control.
